Our hiring process is designed to be thorough and efficient to ensure we find the best fit for both the candidate and our company. It involves two main stages:
Initial Interview via Zoom: This is a virtual meeting where we get to know you better, discuss your resume, and understand your career goals. It’s also an opportunity for you to learn more about our company and the specific role you are applying for.
In-Person One-on-One Interview: Candidates who move past the initial stage will be invited to our office for a face-to-face interview. This allows us to delve deeper into your qualifications, experience, and fit within our company culture. You will also have the chance to meet some of the team members you might be working with.
